Horse Village is an Equestrian retailer dedicated to supplying the

Return & Shipping Policy
We ship UPS Ground unless another method is
specified. Please contact our store for shipping rates. Returns
should be shipped back via UPS or US Postal Service. No returns
after 30 days-exchanges or in store credit only. A copy of your
sales receipt is required, otherwise store credit will be issued.
Items must be in resalable condition, with tags attached and no sign
of wear or use. Sales final on clearance items. Footwear returns
must be placed inside a shipping box or they will be refused-Do Not
Use original shoe box as the shipping box! Bit returns must have
tags attached & no visible wear, unless part of Myler Bit Rental
Program (terms apply). Warranties limited to manufacturer's
warranty. Saddle sales subject to separate terms and conditions.
